Every ESRF member is bound by our strict statutory Code of Conduct and Zero-Tolerance POSH Policy. Members adhere to complete political neutrality, absolute confidentiality, and non-commercial integrity. No member may solicit funds, commercial favors, or legal fees from any beneficiary.
Membership is open to Indian citizens aged 18 and above who share our non-profit constitutional vision. All applications undergo background verification and final approval by the Foundation’s Governing Body before issuance of an official Member PIN and Digital ID Card.
Empanelled members and advocates receive official foundation credentials, access to our legal research database, and full institutional backing. All members are covered under our statutory Whistleblower Protection Shield and formal Grievance Redressal mechanism.

Enrolment as a volunteer or associate with the Eternal Social Restoration Foundation is strictly honorary, voluntary, and non-remunerative. In strict adherence to our statutory Section 8 charter, volunteers are strictly prohibited from demanding, soliciting, or accepting any fees, charges, or compensation from citizens seeking assistance. All representatives are bound by our policy of Absolute Judicial Non-Interference (no intervention in active or sub-judice court matters), applicant privacy confidentiality, and our zero-tolerance statutory Code of Conduct.
