Governed by Laws of India • ESRF Secretariat, Surat
You represent and warrant that you are competent to enter into a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (at least 18 years of age and of sound mind). If you are seeking aid or submitting documents on behalf of a minor child, elderly parent, or incapacitated individual, you confirm that you are their lawful parent, legal guardian, or duly authorized family representative. Seeking assistance or counseling from the Foundation is entirely voluntary.
The Foundation renders complimentary legal literacy, administrative guidance, social counseling, and alternative community dispute resolution strictly on a best-effort, pro bono basis. Submission of an intake form or helpline request does NOT guarantee automatic acceptance of your case, personal court representation, financial sponsorship, or any predetermined legal outcome. The decision to accept, assist, mediate, or decline any matter rests solely within the discretionary assessment of the Foundation’s Legal Scrutiny Committee.
In strict adherence to our institutional charter, the Foundation maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding active judicial proceedings:
• We do NOT intervene, mediate, or provide parallel assistance in any dispute, litigation, or grievance that is currently sub-judice, pending, or actively being heard before any Court of Law or Judicial Tribunal in India.
• By submitting an application, you solemnly affirm that the subject matter is NOT pending in any court.
• If it is discovered that an applicant concealed active court litigation, the Foundation will immediately terminate all assistance and close the intake file without notice.
For the convenience of citizens, this website may provide hyperlinks to official government websites, police portals, District Legal Services Authorities (DLSA), or statutory bodies. The Foundation exercises no direct control over the availability, server uptime, or privacy practices of external third-party domains. Inclusion of any external hyperlink does not imply formal endorsement or affiliation with that third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the Eternal Social Restoration Foundation, its Board of Directors, trustees, empanelled advocates, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Any private monetary dealing between individuals is strictly at their personal risk. The Foundation bears zero liability for private financial defaults, and misuse of the Foundation’s name for unauthorized financial gain will attract legal action under Sections 447 and 448 of the Companies Act, 2013.
