2. Absolute Judicial Non-Interference (Sub-Judice Matters)

The Eternal Social Restoration Foundation strictly operates outside the active judicial system of India. We enforce an uncompromising policy of Absolute Judicial Non-Interference:
• The Foundation does NOT intervene, mediate, advocate, or provide parallel assistance in any legal matter, dispute, or litigation that is currently pending, sub-judice, or active before any Court of Law, Judicial Tribunal, or Quasi-Judicial Authority in India.
• If an applicant or citizen has already initiated legal proceedings or filed a case in any court, that matter falls strictly outside our institutional scope.
• Our free legal guidance, counseling, and mediation services are reserved exclusively for non-cognizable civil and community grievances before litigation is initiated.

3. No Advocate-Client Privilege

Submitting an inquiry, contacting our helpline, or filling out an application on this website does not automatically create an advocate-client relationship between you and the Foundation or any of its empanelled panel advocates. A formal legal representation relationship is established only upon mutual verification, approval by our Governing Body, and execution of a formal legal aid agreement or Vakalatnama.

4. Privacy Safeguards & 100% Artificial Intelligence (AI) Imagery Notice

To ensure the absolute safety, confidentiality, and constitutional dignity of the vulnerable individuals we serve—particularly Senior Citizens, Women in Distress, and Children—the Foundation explicitly declares:
• All human portraits, case-related scenario illustrations, and photographic graphics displayed across this website are 100% generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Zero photographs of real victims, beneficiaries, or confidential applicants are ever published on our public website.
• Any resemblance of AI-generated human faces, personas, or names to real persons, living or deceased, is strictly coincidental and unintentional.

5. Copyright, Fair Use & Notice of Content Removal (Image Takedown)

The Eternal Social Restoration Foundation respects intellectual property rights and fair use principles under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

6. Non-Governmental Organization & Healthcare Boundaries

The Foundation is an autonomous non-governmental organization (NGO) and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or an agency of the Central Government, State Government, or any municipal department. Furthermore, while the Foundation facilitates healthcare navigation and welfare scheme access for senior citizens under statutory Object 3, ESRF is not a medical hospital, pharmacy, or clinical treatment dispensary.

7. Statutory Financial Dealing Bar & Personal Liability Disclaimer

Under Part M of the Foundation’s Constitution Deed, the Foundation strictly prohibits its members, volunteers, or field associates from borrowing, lending, collecting unauthorized cash, or taking private loans using the Foundation’s corporate name or CIN. Any private financial transaction entered into by an individual is strictly their personal liability. The Foundation accepts zero institutional responsibility for unauthorized private financial dealings.

8. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer and all matters arising from the use of this website shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising under this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
